So I have been taking Whey (optimum tropical punch) after my workouts, but i found a really good deal on bodybuilding.com-(optimum as well), that includes the whey and casein plus a multi... SO is casein good to take and when should i take it...What i was thinking would be to take whey after my workouts-usually 3-4times a week, then casein the other days before i go to bed..am looking to bulk up a bit from 162 to 170 or so...do realize should be trying to get to the gym a bit more but I work a lot aha...plus body needs rest
