Nike zoom victory or Nike matumbo? I run 1600 and 800?

You will probably lose a half to 3/4's of a second off your times, if you are fortunate. Yes, weight does play a factor, but a lot of training, especially intervals do help. Do you run cross-country? How old are you? It's not the shoes, dude it's the workouts.
