Does a Konami judge for the Yugioh! TCG get paid?

Asking out of curiosity, mostly because of the fact that I want to become a certified Judge for the game and I also want to know if I am just freelance or if I am hired by the venues that host YuGiOh evets like tournaments, promos, etc.?
