Is there a way to make a disaster dragon synchro support deck?

Mainly Stardust Dragon, Shooting Star Dragon, and the future TCG card: Shooting Quasar Dragon: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Shooting_Quasar_Dragon. The deck doesn't have to revolve synchros or these cards. I just want a fluent and strong dragon deck with the possibility of synchro summoning my favorite monsters. And I like dragons. So I come to a dilemma between a dragon deck and summoning my favorite monsters. No answers that have nothing to do with the question or I'll report you. If if the answers do go straight ahead.
