Can someone help me please crazy weekend?

I binged drunk last weekend. I smoked pot and drank alot 2 nights in a row. on sunday i slept all day and didn't eat or drink nothing. I was super dehydrated and it felt like i had the worse head ache ever i had the chills and a high fever. I was so scared of dying. The last few days i have not been able to sleep real good like 2 hours in the day 2 hours at night. When i fall asleep its hard to breath and i dont get a really deep sleep. I have also been pooping liquid for a couple of days. But i have been eating and drinking fluids. An i was not spiked with anything.
