What single sleeves are good for Pokemon TCG?

I have no idea what size sleeves to get for Pokemon Cards. I want them to be snug enough so they don't move around in the sleeve. I know they don't quite fit in the yugioh card protectors and they are too small for 3x4" protectors, so what do I get?
