Pok�mon TCG: Chaos Control or Nightfall Theme decks?

Im a beginner and have not a single pok�mon card. i want a fun deck but i can decide between nightfall or chaos control. which one do u guys think is better. i dont really care about the fact that nightfall has a bonus boosterpack so please dont say nightfall becuz it has an extra booster. please give your reason for that deck as well. Thanks
