What is the best dragon deck for Shooting Quasar Dragon?

Hm... I'm not too sure. I generally don't run Synchros too much, but it seems to me that Dragunity's would be useful for this card. So probably a dragunity deck with Synchro's and Stardust Dragon centered cards like Starlight Road. Again, I'm not familiar with the best Synchro deck types these days, so this is just speculation.
