Can I consume more of this protein?

So I'm trying to gain weight and i wanted to consume more of the protein. I just got the protein last week and only consume after workout on the workout days. I don't consume on off days. The Problem is the cholesterol in it. I had to settle with this specific protein for now because of location but it gives 52g in 2scoops. Now the cholesterol in 2 scoops are 120mg with 2% milk but ik i should consume my bodyweight in protein (130 lbs.) So I was wondering if it was okay to consume more protein? Can i consume on off days? Are their any other protein supplements without this much cholesterol? ( I heard Optimum Nutrition has like no cholesterol at all) And where can i buy a shaker (Besides health food store) [AND NOT MARGARITA SHAKERS] The shaker cup with the metal thing inside that helps blend better? Help please?
