How fast can you burn fat with this diet and workout plan?
I mean it sounds good, but for your size, you should probably be lifting more. the diet looks solid, I would chart your food and shoot for a carb:protein ratio of 1.5:1 or 2:1 to get the best gains, and if you're looking to get bigger, eat more calories, if you're looking to slash pounds/fat, your goal should NOT be to get stronger, but to maintain while you burn off the fat. jogging will help a little, but bursts like sprints are more sport-specifc and helpful for football. youre not a XC runner, you're a football player, so don't train like an XC runner
