FRAPS BIG PROBLEM WONT LET ME RECORD MINECRAFT?

i want to show a world in Minecraft to my friends but they live in the US and they cant just come over and see it they really like minecraft but they dont have an account so i cant make it a multiplayer server whenever i press the record button minecraft will have a huge lag spike and the FPS Flashes Red Then Goes White Then Back To Yellow Please Help Me So I Can Send The Video To My Friends
