Do you think my drink was spiked?

Basically I went to a party last night, I had 3 beers (way less than normal), about halfway through the fourth one I suddenly felt really sick, threw up 3 times and then collapsed on the floor all in the space of about 1 minute. I had to be taken to hospital in an ambulance. This isn't normal and I'm certain it wasn't the alcohol.
