Looking to port a tcg style game onto a computer medium?

I do game design as a hobby and am looking to port a tcg style game onto either a computer program base or a flash? thing such as on kongregate. I recognize to do either of these will likely demand that I learn at least some if not much coding and I'm ok with that. Curious if there are any useful programs that I should know about to make the work easier. Thanks in advance for rsp!
