I have got a new freezer ,what is the optimum temp that i should set it to for maximum efficency?

It needs to be set to at least -18C. To get it to run at its most efficient, you need to keep the freezer as full as possible, then you are not freezing 'fresh air' - can make it a bit hard to find stuff though :-)
