Has my drink been spiked?

last night i was drinking at a party, at first i was just drunk (or so it seems) but then i just got worse and worse and threw up continuously all night and even this morning (even if i had nothing in me to throw up).i also went to the toilet twice in the night with runny poo. the only time i have ever thrown up when drinking was at new years and i ended up in hospital the next morning because my drink was possibly spiked, but they didnt know (even if im drunk of my face, i dont throw up, its not like me) i remember having a drink (smirnoff shot and cranberry juice).. by the end of the cup my mouth was extremely dry and weird feeling but i thought nothing of it. i couldnt see straight at all! if you hadve asked me to read size 30 font, i wouldnt have been able too. someone please help, thankyou.
