Can Yugioh cards be used from World Championship 2005: 7 Trials to Glory, and Duel Terminal in TCG format?

Cards such as Mind Control from World Championship 2005: 7 Trials to Glory. Or, X-Saber Pashuul, and X-Saber Airbellum from Duel Terminal. Are cards such as these tournament legal in the big tournaments? Please provide official links stating that they either can, or cannot be used. Thanks in advance.
