Athlete, Football, P90x overall fitness questions? stack?

It looks good , but I would not do it during football season, between px90 and football practice , your body would not get the recovery time it needs. PX90 with the supplementation you have above should increase lean muscle mass as well as overall conditioning, I'm sure you know this , but take the whey post practice/workout use the caesin before bed along with the ZMA. Be very careful with the creatine and your workouts, creatine is notorious for promoting extreme dehydration, so keep plenty water handy while working out. The fish oil will keep your joints well lubricated...it is more expensive but when your gold standard runs out, consider ON hydro whey.
